- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
KEY LIME PIE

- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. key lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. lime oil, or 1 tsp. grated lime zest
FLOURLESS BUTTERLESS DARK CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350º. Place dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute

- 5 Tbs. honey or molasses
- 4 3/4 - 5 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
LEMON POUND CAKE

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and allow to cool
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 small box lemon Jello
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
CHICKEN CHILI LASAGNA

- 2 pkg. (3-oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mexican-cheese blend, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin, divided
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh parsley or cilantro
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. (4-oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. (8-oz.) sour cream
- 1 can (4-oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 flour tortillas (6 inches), halved

- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. each salt & soda
- 3 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut (optional)
