  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, unthawed
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 Tbs. margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
