- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 limes, zested and juicd
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound box plus 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups shredded coconut
PEACHES AND CREAM CRESCENT DESSERT

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 2 long rectangles
- 8 oz. Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 21 oz. can prepared peach pie filling
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Banana Rum Chip Brownie with Hot Fudge Sauce

Cream sugar and butter together, beating around 3 to 4 minutes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (around 4 small or 3 large)
- 4 teaspoons of dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 large 4.25 oz bar of dark chocolate chopped into medium size chunks or 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips.
Maple Cinnamon-Sugar Baked Doughnuts

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 (6 oz) container of non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 Tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sugar (note: you will only need half, but it’s easier to dip’em with more!)

- 1 jar (16 oz) Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded taco-flavored cheese blend (8 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 1 small tomato, seeded, diced

Smoked Sausage Soup

In Dutch oven, combine first 10 ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups of water
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 pkg (9oz) frozen cut green beans
- 3 small carrots; halved and thinly sliced
- 2 celery ribs; thinly sliced
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/8 t hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage; halved and thinly sliced
- 2 1/2 c frozen shredded hash browns
