Irish Butter Vanilla Fudge

1. Grease a 11x7x1.5’ pan
- 10 oz unsalted butter
- 1 large tin (396g) sweetened condensed milk
- 7 fluid oz (200 g) whole milk
- 40 oz (5 cups) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Rotel Sausage Quiche

Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, cook sausage until well browned, stirring frequently
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained (I pulse mine in the food processor)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie shell
Irish Cream Cupcakes

1. To Make the Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Cupcakes:
- 1 cup Guinness stout
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- For the Whiskey Ganache Filling:
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons Irish whiskey
- For the Baileys Frosting:
- 2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
Dulce de Leche Vanilla Cake

Position a rack in the middle of an oven and preheat to 350ºF
- 1 bottle of dulce de leche (or check out the original recipe for the dulce de leche recipe)
- 2 Cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 Cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 Cup of white sugar
- 5 large egg whites, room temperature
- 2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 Cup of milk
- 3/4 Cup of unsalted butter,room temperature
- 16 Ounce of icing sugar
- 1/2 Cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
Italian Bread Salad

Brush both sides of bread with 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 slices Italian or French bread (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 2 to 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

- 2 sticks butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 granny smith apples
- 12 ounces of Mountain Dew
- Cinnamon

Grands Corn Dogs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet
- 1 (17.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Golden Corn Biscuits or 1 (16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 8 teaspoons ketchup
- 8 teaspoons mustard
- 8 hot dogs
M & M Bark

Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with parchment paper
- enough pretzel sticks to just cover the bottom of an 8 X 8 pan
- 30 or so caramels (I use Kraft caramels)
- 1 Tbsp cream (or whole milk)
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 - 2 cups mini M & M's
Mojito Cheesecake Pops

Crumble cheesecake (including crust) into a large bowl
- 1 two pound ready-to-eat New York cheesecake
- Zest of 4 limes, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 25 fresh mint leaves finely minced
- 18-25 small whole mint leaves for garnish
- Large crystal sugar (optional)
- 24 oz. Callebaut dark chocolate (or two 12 oz. bags semisweet chocolate chips can be used)
Orange Angel Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix according to directions
- 1 package angel food cake mix
- 1 package (0.3-oz) sugar free orange jello (or flavor of choice)
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups Cool whip Lite, thawed
- 1 orange( optional)
- 1/2 pint raspberries (optional)
