Tres Leches Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for baking dish
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt (I used kosher salt)
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream

Smores Brownies

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; grease foil
- 10 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken in half, divided
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
Pineapple Poke Cake Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
Jolean's Cheese Potato & Smoked Sausage Casserole

This was another one of our favorites in the 70's Very inexpensive and very easy to make
- 3 cups idaho potatoes, peeled, boiled and cut into cubes when cool, approx. 1 lb
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb skinless smoked sausage (Eckrich is my favorite brand)
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Texas Coconut Pound Cake

Spray tube pan with Crisco no stick spray with flour
- 2/3 c crisco
- 2 stk butter or margarine
- 3 c white sugar
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 5 lg eggs
- 1 c milk, whole
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1-1 1/2 c coconut, shredded
- 2 tsp coconut extract
Pizza in a Crescent

Heat oven to 375°F. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 package pepperoni slices (3 1/2 oz)
- 4 tablespoons spaghetti or pizza sauce
- 1 package (6 oz) mozzarella cheese slices
Strawberry Peach Pie

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches, well drained
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 carton (16 ounces) strawberry glaze
Piña Colada Upside-Down Cake

Heat oven to 350°F. Place butter in 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish; place in oven until butter is melted
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in juice, drained, 2 tablespoons juice reserved
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup reduced-fat (lite) coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs
Cheesecake Brownie Bites

Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a mini muffin tin that holds 12 mini muffins with oil very well
- Oil for greasing pan
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 7 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, divided use
- 3/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.5 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
