- water - 1/2 of the tomato paste can
- 1 cup cottage cheese (I used low fat)
- egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg OR 2 egg whites
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese

Mix together “cream of” soups, 1 can of water, and 2 cups of minute rice (uncooked

- 2 2 2 cups minute rice
- 1 1 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 1 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 1 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1 1 1 can water (use the soup can)
- 1 2 “cream of” soups, 1 can of water, and 2 cups of minute rice (uncooked.) Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- Lay chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover with tin foil. Don’t forget that important step!
- The rice on the outside edges should be slightly browned and crispy and the rice on the inside soft and moist. Serve with a side salad and a nice big slice of bread and you have yourself one tasty meal.
