Pizza Panini Low Carb

1 Panini300 Calories per panini 7 WWP+*
- Optional:
- 1 High fiber/low carb wrap or flatbread (I use LaTortilla brand wraps or Lavash bread, at about 100 calories per wrap)
- 1/8 cup Pizza sauce (I used the squeezable kind by Contadina)
- 1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella or 1 cheese stick
- 1 tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian blend or pizza seasoning
- 4 oz Thinly sliced ham or turkey lunchmeat 1
- 3-4 Turkey pepperonis, (microwaved on a paper towel for 30-60 seconds until crisp like bacon)
- 1 OR 4 0z of chicken (cooked and shredded), OR 1 Morningstar pizza burger (cooked according to package directions)

Chicken and Wild Rice (Freezer Meal)

1. Mix together rice with seasoning packet, both cans of soup, and water
- 1 box wild rice with seasoning packet
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, uncooked
- 1 cup slivered almonds
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk or half and half
- 2-1/2 cups shredded cheese such as provolone, mozzarella, or Italian blend
