Cheeseburger Soup

Hearty cheeseburger soup cooks all day in your slow cooker so dinner is ready when you are! Adjust the ingredients...
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 8 cups potatoes, diced
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 pound hamburger meat
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
White Pizza Dip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, tomatoes cut in half
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 (12 ounces) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese + more for garnish
- 4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly chopped oregano leaves
- crackers, bread or chips for serving
Cranberry Margaritas

Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, and dip the edge in sugar to coat
- Wedge of lime
- Sugar
- Ice cubes for shaking and serving
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice or cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 cup silver or other 100% agave tequila
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Grand Marnier, Triple Sec or Citronage)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Garnishes: thinly sliced limes or fresh cranberries
Orange Sports Drink

Heat 1/2 cup of the water to boiling, remove from heat, add honey and sea salt, stil until dissolved

- 1 quart of water (we use distilled water)
- 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Sea salt
- 1 pint orange juice
- Juice from 1 lemon
Bacon Cheddar Pinwheels

Heat oven to 350°F. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 2 long rectangles
- 1 8oz can of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls OR 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 TBS Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup cooked real bacon pieces or 4 slices of bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 med). Hubby doesn’t like these so we used finely chopped green peppers instead
Peach Paleo Muffins

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease or line muffin tin
- 1 cup peeled and diced fresh peaches
- 200 grams almond flour (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, fine ground
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons ghee, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sausage Biscuit & Gravy Casserole Recipe

Saute the onions in a skillet for a minute or two just to get them to start softening
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 onion {size to your preference}
- 1 8 oz pkg softened plain cream cheese
- 2 pkgs crescent rolls
Chicken Pasta Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare penne pasta according to package directions; drain
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (12-ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
- 1 (10-ounce) package or 2 cups cooked chunked chicken breast
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

In large skillet over medium-high heat brown the ground beef/sirloin, about 5-6 minutes
- 1 lb. ground beef/sirloin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. steak sauce
- 1 c. beef stock
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
- Provolone cheese, cut into slices or pre-sliced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Buns/Rolls
