- 2 C. Nonfat dry milk powder (or buttermilk powder)

- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Ranch Bean Dip

In a small saucepan, combine beans, cheese, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Peaches and Cream Cheesecake

Layer 1 Mix all ingredients together

Shredded Beef Tacos-Slow Cooker

Whisk together the chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika in a small bowl
- Optional Taco Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pounds beef (I used a boneless chuck roast)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced (I love spice and used two!)
- 1/2 large sweet onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg.(30 oz) frozen cheese filled ravioli

In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (about one individual portion of yogurt)
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup protein powder (or an additional 1/4 cup old fashioned oats)
- 1 1/2 cups Splenda OR 2 tbs stevia (or according to sweetness you desire!)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg)
- Optional add-ins: 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds, mini chocolate chips, raisins or Craisins!

- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced finely
- 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced finely
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped finely
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
