Strawberry Lemonade Layer Cake!!

Make cake according to box and bake in 2- 9 inch round cake pans as directed
- One box of strawberry cake mix (plus oil, water and eggs as directed on box)
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened to room temp.)
- 1 packet (0.23oz.) of Kool-Aid Lemonade
- Yellow food coloring gel (as desired for color)
- 2 cups Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 8 oz. Cool Whip Topping
- Fresh strawberries to garnish.
Duchess Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 5 pounds Russet Potatoes, Peeled And Boiled Until Fork Tender
- 8 whole Egg Yolks
- 1 stick Butter, Softened
- 2 teaspoons Salt, More Or Less To Taste
- Plenty Of Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg (more To Taste)
- 1-1/4 cup Heavy Cream

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (1.5 – 2 lbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice, (no sugar added)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 can peas, drained
- 2 russet potatoes, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

- Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 small can black olives (sliced)
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (diced and drained)
- 1 (12 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 (16 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 1 (10.5 ounce fluid ounce) can enchilada sauce

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour plus additional for coating

- 1 1/4 pounds Russett Potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, cut into 2-inch cubes
