Congo Bars

Center a rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Congo Layer:
- 1 1/3 cups (6 1/4 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces (3/4 stick) butter, melted and cooled
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed (8 ounces) light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white (save the egg yolk for the brownie layer!)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (4 ounces) chopped walnuts
- Brownie Layer:
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons (5 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces (1 stick) butter
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Ganache Drizzle:
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar until well blended
- ORANGE GLAZE:
- 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

- 10 sli bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 0.5 c unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c sour cream
- 0.25 c chives, minced
- 2.5 c cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 t kosher salt
- 0.5 t pepper
Lemon Basil Chicken

- 5 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced or chopped fine
- 1/3 cup white wine (choose whatever wine you like to drink!)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 large bunch of basil, julienned and chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Juice of one lemon (slice and reserve leftovers)

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

- 2-3 pounds pork tenderloin
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
