- 1/2 cup Plain lowfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbs Light mayonaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbs Dry ranch seasoning (or to taste)
- Optional:
- 1-2 pkts Stevia (or sweetner of choice to taste)
- 1/4 cup Reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 loaves cocktail rye bread

- 2 cups cauliflower (about 1/2 head of cauliflower)
- 1/4 cup egg whites (or 1 large egg white)
- 1/8 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano + 1/2 tsp dried basil (or 1 tsp pizza seasoning of choice)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mini turkey pepperoni’s (or regular size turkey pepperoni cut into quarters)
- Optional Topping: Additional pepperoni’s to place on top just before cooking. Pizza sauce for dipping.

- 1 Cup Carbquik - Find it here - Tova Carbquik Bake Mix
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- You can also substitute PB2 for the peanut butter to further lower the carb count.
