This is the measurement that I use when I make coffee
- 1/2 Tbsp of coffee grounds for every cup of coffee that you want to make
- *Use a heaping Tbsp for stronger coffee.*
- Example: For a 12 cup coffee maker, if you want to make 8 cups of coffee, you need to use 4 Tbsp of coffee grounds.
Quick Fruit Salad

In a medium bowl, mix ingredients together until the pudding is dissolved
- Two 16 oz. cans Fruit Cocktail with juice
- 3.9 oz. pkg Jell-O Instant French Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Original Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. pkg. Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Beef Olé

- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups corn, cooked
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder

Heather's Healthy Fajitas

This is a recipe that I created when I wanted to have my family eat a healthy beef fajita meal
- 2 1/2 lbs. Amana Beef Boneless Top Sirloin, cut into short strips (I find this cut at Hy-Vee)
- 3 - 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium red pepper, cut Julianne style
- 1 medium green pepper, cut Julianne style
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- Two 1.25 oz. pkg. Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Flour Tortillas
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
Pumpkin Zucchini Bread

This bread has a wonderful flavor and every bite is filled with pumpkin, cloves, and a hint of zucchini
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
