Crockpot Lasagna (Violett's Lasagna)

From Fix It and Forget It
- 8 lasagna noodles (broken)
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage (browned with Italian seasoning and drained)
- 1 tsp Itallan seasoning
- 28 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Clean and rinse dry pinto beans and put into Crock-Pot
- ● Dry pinto beans
- ● Boneless pork shoulder roast , with fat trimmed
- ● 3 cloves garlic cloves, chopped
- ● 2 tbsp chili powder
- ● 1 tbsp cumin powder
- ● 1 tsp oregano leaves, crushed in hand
- ● 1 6 oz can diced green chilies
- ● 3 tsp salt
- ● 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- ● 32 ounce chicken broth
- Fritos/tortillas
- sour cream
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- avocado
- olives- sliced
- salsa
- yellow cheese
- cilantro
Buttery Bread Machine Rolls

These were SO soft. Everyone really liked!!
- 1 cup warm milk (70 to 80 degrees F.)
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour (this can be divided evenly with bread flour and wheat flour)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Black Bean and Salsa Soup

In an electric food processor or blender, combine beans, broth, salsa, and cumin

- ● 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- ● 1 cup chunky salsa
- ● 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ● 4 tbsp. sour cream
- ● 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
