Spinach with raisins and pine nuts

1. Place raisins in a small bowl; cover with hot water
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 pounds bagged prewashed spinach
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups bananas (medium), mashed-3 bananas

- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda & pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Pizza Pasta Bake

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (12 ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 pound mild Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, cut in half
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped Canadian bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti Pizza

So-so. Noodles need something added- maybe add sauce to them, don't add italian seasoning to them
- 6 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage. cooked and drained
- 1 (6 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Spicy Tarter Sauce

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined

- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- ● 4 oz. dry Chinese noodles
- ● 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth, many people added about twice the broth

- ● 1 dash soy sauce
- ● 1 drop sesame oil

- 10 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 5-ounce bag baby spinach
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 scallions (white and green parts), thinly sliced
- 8 ounces Feta, crumbled
