Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Dissolve steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar, then stir in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning rub
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

Bacon Wrapped Green Bean

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 6 pieces of bacon- cut in half
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cut green beans (or fresh- fresh is best) use 6-7 green beans per wrap
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt

Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Beat the vinegar in a bowl with the optional sugar, garlic, salt and pepper until sugar and salt dissolves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar, optional*
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil

1. Mix the water and alcohol to make 2 cups
- Gather your ingredients. To make approximately 32 1-ounce (30 ml) shots, all you'll need is:
- 1 6-oz. package of Jello (170 grams)

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars

1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium low heat
- ● 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- ● 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- ● 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ● 3 cups quick cooking oats
- ● 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ● 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
Southwestern Pasta Salad (Vegan)

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package
- For the lime dressing:
- 12 oz farfalle pasta (make sure no eggs for vegan)
- 1 heaped cup black beans (canned)
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into stripes
- 1 avocado, cut into medium-sized chunks
- 3 green onions, cut into rings
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 splash agave
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- black pepper
- salt
