Great Caramel Popcorn

Put corn in roasting pan. Mix other ingredients in med sauce pan and cook over low heat until dissolved

Sausage Breakfast Pizza

Taco "Cupcakes"

- 1 1/2 t chili oil (found near the Asian ingredients)
- 1/2 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 1 T taco seasoning
- 3/4 c canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 16 wonton wrappers (found in the produce section)
- 5 T + 1 t of queso dip or salsa con queso
- 1 c chunky salsa
- 1 c reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese

Cheeseburger Chili Mac and Cheese

- ● 2 tbsp. EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ● 1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
- ● 1 large onion, finely chopped
- can of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced green peppers (frozen work well, but can use fresh)
- ● 2 tbsp. chili powder
- ● Salt and ground black pepper
- ● 1/2 cup ketchup
- ● 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- ● 2 cup beef stock
- ● 1 lb. whole wheat elbow macaroni
- ● 2 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar (the sharper the better!)
One-Pot Pasta Bolognese

- 2 onions, diced (about 3 cups)
- 2 carrots, diced (about 1 cup)
