Rice Krispie Treats

Directions: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (10 oz., about 40) pkg. regular marshmallows or 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips (optional)
Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter

Mix. Enjoy on toast, bread, crackers
- 1 stick butter, room temp softened
- 1/4 cup powered sugar
- 1/4 cup natural honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Iowa Pork Steak

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 pork steaks
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (4.5 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Buttercream Icing

In large bowl, combine ingredients; beat on medium speed til well blended
- ● 1/2 cup vegetable shortening, (high ratio is best)
- ● 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- ● 5 tbsp water
- ● 1/2 tsp salt
- ● 1 tsp vanilla
- ● 1/2 tsp almond extract
Lemonade

1. In a 2 quart pitcher, combine the lemon juice, water and sugar
- ● 4 lemons, juiced
- ● 1 quart water
- ● 1/2 cup white sugar

Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 ounces fat-free cream cheese, cubed
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) taco sauce, divided
- 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 20 baked tortilla chip scoops, coarsely crushed
Too Much Chocolate Cake

- 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Whisk together the vinegar, zest, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli, rinsed, trimmed and sliced thinly on a mandolin
- 6 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 ounces coarsely chopped, toasted pecans or hazelnuts
