Sugared Asparagus

- ● 3 tbsp butter/margarine
- ● 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ● 2 lbs fresh asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces (about 4 cups)

Pear Walnut Wheat Berry Salad

1. Bring water and wheat berries to a boil in a saucepan
- Raspberry Vinaigrette:
- 7 cups water
- 2 cups wheat berries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salad:
- 1 firm pear, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3 green onions, chopped

- ● 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- ● 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- ● 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

- ● 1/2 tsp soy sauce, or less to taste
Baked Potato Soup- Crockpot

Add potatoes, onion, garlic, seasoning, and chicken stock to slow cooker
- 5 pounds russet potatoes, washed and peeled, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 small/medium yellow onion, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced, If you use jarred, it's a 2 1/2 teaspoon equivalent.
- 8 cups chicken stock or broth
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (I use low fat)
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- Top with optional garnishes, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, green onions
