- 3 avocados, ripe
- 1 lime
- 1 tomato, diced and drained of excess water
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

- Homemade Pie Crust (my recipe makes 2 crusts; 1 for bottom 1 for top)
- 6 large apples, cored, peeled, and sliced into 1/4 inch slices (approx 10-12 cups total)*
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (31g) all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)
- zest and juice of 1 lemon (2 tsp zest + 2 Tbsp juice)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon each: ground allspice, ground cloves, & ground nutmeg
