Deep DIsh Chicken Pot Pie

1. Prepare Pastry Topper; set aside
- 1 recipe Pastry Topper
- 1 cup chopped leek (3 medium) or onion (1 large)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup sliced celery (1-1/2 stalks)
- 1/2 cup chopped red sweet pepper (1 small)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup half-and-half, light cream, or milk
- 2-1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 cup loose-pack frozen peas or frozen peas and carrots
- 1 egg, beaten
Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, seeded and sliced (I use half a green and half a red)
- 12 flour tortillas
- Toppings such as cheese, sour cream, and guacamole – if desired

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pepperoni (about 1 1/2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (2 oz)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (from 8-oz can)
King Ranch Casserole

- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken

- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sliced green onion
Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies

This oatmeal cookie with blueberries recipe is a win-win, super easy to make and they taste delicious!
- 1 cup instant (quick-cook) oats
- 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Hawaiian Grilled Chicken & Pineapple

In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or sherry
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 2 inch pieces
- Fresh Pineapple cut into slices
- 1/2 c. fresh pineapple, chopped into small pieces, juice reserved

Cake Preheat oven to 350° Grease 2 9x13 sized pans with butter and dust with cocoa powder, set aside

- 1 box Chocolate cake mix (prepared per package directions) + 1 extra egg
- cocoa powder for dusting the pan

- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cups Marshmallow Fluff
- 3 cups powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Cheeseburger Pie

1 Preheat oven to 375°. 2 Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom and up the sides of an 8 inch pie pan
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, OR 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle slices
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups shredded American cheese, divided
Crockpot Applesauce

- 8 medium apples (Use a combination of Golden Delicious, Honey Crisp, Fuji, Gala, etc.) (I filled the crockpot, using about 20 small apples)
