Christmas Bark Cookie Crunch

- 1 lb. white chocolate chips
- 14 Oreos, broken into pieces

Maple-Glazed Stuffed Roast Pork

HEAT oven to 350ºF. MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 pork loin (2 lb.), butterflied
- 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Sirloin, Pepper, & Onion Skillet

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into 4 pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium red and/or green peppers, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 3 cups)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
Sensational Turkey/Chicken Noodle Soup

Heat the broth, black pepper, carrot and celery in a 3-quart saucepan over medium high heat to a boil
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- Generous dash ground black pepper
- 1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 cup cubed cooked turkey or chicken
Chicken Parmagiana Rollatini

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick spray
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 4 lbs
- 8 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry of liquid
- 2/3 C part skim ricotta cheese
- 1/4 C freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 egg
- 2 large cloves of garlic, finely minced (I use a microplane)
- 1/2 C italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten with a dash of milk
- 1 C marinara sauce
- salt and pepper

Slow Cooker Ham and Pineapple Sandwich

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature or almost melted
- 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
- additional miniature chocolate chips, if desired (to garnish the top)
Mexican Chicken

- 1 teaspoon Seasoning for Tacos
- Salt, to taste
