One-Pan Pasta and Meatballs

1.In 10-inch skillet, heat water and pasta sauce to boiling
- 1 cup water
- 1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic pasta sauce (any flavor)
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 20 frozen cooked Italian-style or regular meatballs (1 inch)
- 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Cool N Easy Strawberry Pie

SLICE 1 cup strawberries; refrigerate for later use
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
Alice Springs Chicken

•Use an electric mixer to combine the mustard, honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and lemon juice in a small bowl
- Honey Mustard Marinade (Divided):
- 1 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Chicken:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms (10?12 mushrooms)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Snack Mix

Directions: 1You could also try adding other things when the mix is done
- 2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 2 cups Chex cereal (any variety)
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup peanuts (or any variety of nuts)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (I use more cause I like saltiness!)

Peanut Butter Fudge

Bring to boil sugar, cocoa, vanilla, milk, and margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tbs cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 of a stick of margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 oz marshmallow
Reese Peanut Butter Cookies

Divide cookie dough into 12 equal sections
- 1 pkg pillsbury refrigerated peanut butter cookies
- 1 - 9oz pkg reese miniature peanut butter cups
Texas Taco Joes

BROWN meat with onions and peppers in large nonstick skillet
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 4 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1.Fit a food processor with the steel blade attachment
- 3 clove(s) garlic, crushed and peeled
- 2 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 10 ounce(s) white mushrooms, large ones cut in half
- 1 large onion, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 pound(s) 90% lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
- 2 cup(s) water
- 1 can(s) (14-ounce) reduced-sodium beef broth, divided
- 8 ounce(s) whole-wheat elbow noodles
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley, or chives for garnish
Cheeseburger Casserole

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (28-oz.) can chopped tomatoes, with juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Tater Tot Nachos

Bake the tots according to package directions
- frozen tater tots - enough to cover your cookie sheet
- 1/2 cup cooked leftover taco meat (shredded chicken or pork would be great too!)
- grated cheese
- guacamole
- sour cream
- pickled jalapenos
- diced tomatoes
- cilantro
- Cholulua, or your favorite hot sauce
