- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Homemade Peanut Butter Icing

- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 5 TBS unsalted room temp. butter
- 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Whiskey and Beer BBQ Chicken Sliders

1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat sauce ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently

- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

- 1 deli rotisserie chicken (unflavored), skin and bones removed, shredded (about 4 cups)
- 12 slider buns, split
- 12 pimiento-stuffed green olives, if desired
Healthy Crockpot Apple Crisp

1.Place chopped apples in the bottom of a slow cooker
- 6 cups chopped apples
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup AP flour
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons apple pie spice
- 1 tablespoon apple butter
- 4 1/2 tablespoons regular butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Dash of salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Ice cream for garnish
Orange Grilled Beer Can Chicken

1 Heat gas or charcoal grill for indirect grilling
- 2 whole chickens (about 4 lb each), washed, dried and giblets removed
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 to 6 tablespoons seasoned salt or dry rub of your choice
- 2 cans (12 oz each) beer
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 oranges, each cut in half and 1 half cut into quarters

- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
