Halibut with Bacon Recipe

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 halibut steaks (6 ounces each)
- 8 bacon strips
Chickpea Ragout

1. Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cans (15oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried
- 2 tsp each honey and fresh lemon juice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- couscous, for serving
- 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
Breakfast Crepes

In a mixing bowl, blend flour, sugar and salt
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour(or all-purpose flour)
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 2 large eggs, beate
- 2 tbsp butter, plus more for frying
- Nutella hazelnut spread
- Fresh fruit, for serving
- Confectioners' sugar for serving
- Whippped cream
Crunchy Garlic Chicken

1. Heat oven to 425F. Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups country corn flakes cereal, crushed (1cup)
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 6 boneless skiness chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Sweet-n-Hot Mustard Sauce

- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot mustard powder
