BAKED FISH FILLET CRUNCH

Combine water and 3/4 cup lemon juice; pour over fish in shallow baking dish
- 2 lbs. fish fillets (blue fish, cod, haddock, cusk)
- 3 c. water
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Boneless Chicken Hot Wings

Preheat oven to 375F. Place bread crumbs in a pie pan
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
- 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-size chunks.
- 2 Tbsp tabasco sauce
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp black pepper
GRILLED TUNA STEAKS

Mix ingredients and brush onto tuna steak
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. dried cilantro
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. mustard seeds
- 4 to 6 tuna steaks
Linguini with Fresh tomato and basil

Mix tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8oz linguini pasta, uncooked
- 3/4 cup Digiorno shredded parmesan cheese
Sassy Chicken Salad

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, may and honey
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained.
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 can premium chunk chicken breast
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Imperial Chicken

Melt margarine in bowl for dipping chicken
- 2 chickens, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 lb melted margarine
- 2 C breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 C parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Enough dry parsley to show alot of green flakes.
Stir Fry Sauce

- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 8 0z can tomato sauce
Ravioli with Zucchini

1.Cook ravioli in 4 cups boiling salted water 6 to 8 minutes or until tender;drain 2
- 1 9-oz pkg refrigerated whole wheat cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 6 green onions, diagonally sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese (4oz)
Chicken Nuggets and sauce

Mash blackberries (or raspberries), mustard and honey in a small bowl until it looks like a chunky sauce
- 1 cup fresh blackberries or raspberries, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 pound chicken tenders, cut in half crosswise (see Tip)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
