Butter Dip Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450F degrees
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter (see notes below)
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. granulated sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 3/4 cup buttermilk (see notes below)
Creamy Chicken Macaroni Bake

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
TUSCAN GARLIC CHICKEN

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic (about 4-5 cloves)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips or chopped
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 6 ounces fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup lowfat milk
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound fettuccine
RED RICE

Heat the canola oil, then add the raw rice, onion and spices
- 1 cup raw white rice (not instant rice)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes in juice
- 1 tomato can of water + 1/2 cup
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup red kidney beans
Pepperoni Pizzadillas

Preheat oven to 400°. Lay tortillas on a baking sheet
- 4 (8”) flour tortillas
- 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 40 slices pepperoni, about 2.5 oz.
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce
Caramel-Fudge Turtle Cookies

Directions Mix cookie dough as directed on package, stirring in flour in bowl
- 1 (1 pound 1.5 ounce) pouch Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 12 caramels, unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup Hershey's® hot fudge topping
- 36 pecan halves
French Dip Crescents

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1/2 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 pieces mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 packet Au Jus or Brown Gravy mix

In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, sugar and butter
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers,
- (about 45 wafers)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 16 whole vanilla wafers
- Filling:
- 24 oz. (3 pkgs.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- Topping:
- 25 caramels
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Shrimp Nachos

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined with tails removed)
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mexican cheese blend (or cheddar)
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (drained)
- 1/3 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup ripe black olives (drained and sliced)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 48 tortilla chips (scoops)
