SIMPLY GREAT CHICKEN

Yes, that's it!! Mix the dry salad dressing mix (I used Good Seasons brand) with the brown sugar
- 3 1/2 pounds of boneless-skinless chicken
- (1) .7 ounce packet of DRY Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Twisted Dogs

Preheat oven to 375. Separate each can of crescent rolls into 4 rectangles
- 2 can crescent rolls
- 1 package hot dogs (or turkey dogs)
- ketchup
- mustard
- mayo
Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Cut chicken into cubes and toss in a ziploc bag with the flour
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup flour
- olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (isn't everything better with balsamic?? :)
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 6 oz orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 steamer bag of broccoli (you can use the whole bag, but I'd have a riot on my hands)
- 3 cups cooked white rice
Guiness Stew

1. In a pie pan mix first 3 ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2-3 lb. beef stew meat
- vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 3 ribs of celery
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp.salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. garlic salt
- 3 Tbs. tomato paste
- 3-4 large carrots
- 1-11.2 oz bottle of Guinness beer
- 2 c. water
Chicken and White BBQ Potatoes

Preheat oven to 450 F. Pierce potatoes with a fork, and coat lightly with cooking spray
- 4 (6-oz) russet potatoes
- cooking spray
- 1/2 cup low-fat canola mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 cups (12 oz) skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 cup (about 3) green onions, sliced
Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread

Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- 1 round loaf of sourdough (or similar) bread
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup-3/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. dry ranch dressing mix
Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Notes: Have eggs at room temperature, they are much easier to separate and the whites will whip better at room temp
- 2 2/3 C. flour
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 7 eggs separated
- 3 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 2 t. butter extract

- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup grated cheese, sharp Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Sour cream, for garnish
- Salsa, for garnish
- Guacamole, for garnish
Italian Meatballs

Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl
- 1 1/2 pounds of lean beef or pork (or use a mixture of both)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons of salt (can use less)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons of dried parsley
HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

Put about 1” of hashbrowns in bottom of greased 9 x 13 casserole dish
- 1 bg frozen hashbrowns
- 1 lb browned hamburger
- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 pkg Lipton Onion Soup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
