Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella Buttercream | Plain Chicken

Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 muffin pans with cupcake liners
- Cake
- 1 box Butter Recipe Fudge cake mix (Duncan Hines)
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Nutella spread
- 2/3 cup water
- Buttercream
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup Nutella spread
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream (may need a tablespoon or two more)

In a bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine lemon juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Heat a wok (or large skillet) over medium-high heat
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into small chunks)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 6 tablespoons chicken broth (divided)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- salt and pepper
- 5 green onions (sliced)
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Mock Chicken Fried Steak with Milk Gravy

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shortening or 1/4 cup oil or 1/4 cup lard (for frying)
- Gravy
- 4 tablespoons of dredging flour
- 4 tablespoons cooking fat
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, depending on taste
- 3 cups milk

Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

- 14 oz can of artichokes, drained
- 9 oz of fresh raw spinach
- 1/2 cup mayo (or you can sub this our for a block of cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
CROCKPOT ORANGE CHICKEN

Place the chicken in the crockpot and whisk everything else together and pour over the chicken
- 8 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (my tweak)

Step 1: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3/4 cup Marsala cooking wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
Chicken Taco Soup

In a large crockpot, combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese and sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 (16 oz) jar of Salsa
- 32 oz Chicken Stock
- 1 (1.25 oz) package of Taco Seasoning
- 1 (12 oz) bag of frozen Corn
- 1 (6 oz) can Tomato Paste
- 2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
Tasty Fish Sandwich with Homemade Tarter Sauce:

Coat your pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat
- For the Tarter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
- Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Franks Red Hot Sauce, to taste
- Combine all ingredients, stir and refrigerate until ready to use.
- For the Sandwich:
- 1 lb fresh Cod (about 5 pieces)
- 1 Ciabatta Loaf
- 1 Tomato, sliced thick
- Iceberg Lettuce
- 4 tablespoon Corn Meal
- couple pinches of Salt and Black Pepper
- Olive Oil for frying
