Copycat KFC Coleslaw

Pour 1/2 of the bag of Coleslaw mix into a large bowl and stir in minced onions
- 1 bag packaged Coleslaw Mix
- 2 TBSP finely minced onion
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 TBSP white vinegar
- 1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
Deviled Eggs

Peel the eggs and split in half lengthwise, removing the yolks and setting aside the whites
- 12 boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise, more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon Creole, Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet or dill pickle relish
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste
- Paprika, for garnish, optional
CHICKEN CHILLI CASSEROLE

Cook and dice chicken, then set aside
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 (14.5 oz cans) your favorite chili beans
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups of sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 jalapeno, finely minced (optional)
- 10 flour tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Olive Garden Salad Dressing

Directions: Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 5 mins 1 Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons romano cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Creamy Pesto Linguini with Shrimp

Cook your pasta in a boiling pot of water for 8-10 minutes, drain
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. of linguine pasta
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (or use both!)
- 3/4 c. of pesto
- 1 lb.of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 roma tomatos, diced
- 2-3 Tbs. flour
- a couple of splashes of olive oil for cooking
PHILLY CHEESE STEAK PIZZA

MELT BUTTER. ADD ONIONS. COOK FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL ONIONS BEGIN TO BROWN
- 1 PIZZA CRUST
- 8 SLICES PROVOLONE
- 1 ONION SLICED
- 1 PEPPER SLICED
- 8 OZ SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1 1/2 CUP ITALIAN BEEF
- 2 CUPS PEPPER JACK CHEESE
- 6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
- 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 6 Tbl. evaporated milk

- Peanut Butter Buttercream
- 1 c. salted butter, softened
- 2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 4 c. confectioner's sugar
- approx. 1/3 c. milk
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache

- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
