Holiday Punch

Chill glasses for at least 15 to 20 minutes
- 3 cups Pom-Cranberry Juice
- 3 cups Lemonade {pulp free}
- 3 cups Pineapple Juice
- Ginger Ale

Make cake according to box directions
- 1 box white cake mix
- food coloring
- white frosting
- candy corn
HOMEMADE PLAYDOUGH

Dump all the ingredients into a pot and stir them until blended together
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- food coloring
Barbecue Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 large can of chicken or 1/2 lb. cooked and shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup barbecue sauce plus some to drizzle
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded (we used sharp)
- black pepper, to taste
- chives, chopped (if desired)

In a deep heavy kettle cook bacon in 2 batches over moderate heat until crisp and transfer to paper towels to drain
- 1/2 pound sliced bacon, cut crosswise into fourths
- 3 medium red onions, chopped coarse (about 3 cups)
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 4 pounds collard greens (preferably small leaves), coarse stems and ribs discarded and leaves and thin stems washed well, drained, and chopped coarse

Layer ingredients in your blender as listed above (minus the sprinkles and whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 TBS funfetti or plain white cake mix
- 1/4 cup canned vanilla frosting
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Sprinkles and whipped cream, for garnish
Smothered Andouille Sausage and Shrimp Over Creamy Cheddar Grits

In a saute pan, melt the butter
- Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced (about 2 small celery stalks)
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2-1 pound andouille sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1-1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1- 14 ounce can chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 recipe Creamy Stone Ground Grits, recipe below
- Creamy Stone Ground* Grits
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cups stone ground white grits *I used regular grits, not stone ground.
- 1 1/2-2 cups grated Cheddar
PEPPERONI PIZZA CRESCENTS

Preheat oven to 350. Unroll all the rolls and separate them
- 1 tube Crescent rolls
- Pepperoni, cut into strips
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Pizza sauce, marinara or ranch dressing for dipping
PANTRY POT ROAST

This can be prepared in a pressure cooker, slow cooker or in a pot in the oven
- FOR THE POT ROAST:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 pounds Beef Pot Roast
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Onion Soup Mix
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cube Chicken Bouillon
- 1 cup Chicken Or Beef Stock
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- FOR THE GRAVY:
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Meat Drippings, Strained
- 1 cup Milk Or Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
