- 1 (12 oz) can Mountain Dew
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp Mountain Dew

- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Small Sweet Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Coarse Salt
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
King Ranch Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Chicken Seasoning:
- 4 cups of cooked chopped or shredded chicken
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning or cayenne
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup (1/2 a stick) of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped red, yellow or orange bell pepper
- 1 cup of chopped poblano pepper
- 1 can of mild Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 cup of chicken stock or broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of lime zest
- 1/8 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- For Layering:
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded jack cheese or pepper jack
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Additional sour cream and cilantro, for garnis

*Bring 1 cup of water to boil, remove from heat and stir in jello mix
- 3 oz Jell-o pkg.
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vodka, rum, or even a puckers flavor is great here (cold)
Bacon Cheddar Broccoli Salad

For the Dressing: Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- For the Broccoli Salad:
- 1 stalk of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 pound of bacon, cooked crispy and chopped

Applebee's Knock-off Oriental Chicken Sala

Oriental Dressing Blend together all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk or mixer
- Oriental Dressing:
- 6 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Sesame oil
- Salad:
- 2 pieces of Crispy Chicken Strips (frozen or from the deli) or leftover grilled chicken (that is what I used)
- Bagged salad with assorted lettuces, cabbage, and vegetables
- Bagged broccoli slaw
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 c. fried won ton strips (optional- we opted to not use them)
- 1/4 cup mandarin slices, drained well
Slow Cooker Ginger Beef Noodle Soup

Place the meat in a slow cooker
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef chuck
- 8 cups beef broth
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ginger, very thinly sliced
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- 1/2 lb. shiitake mushrooms, caps only, thickly sliced
- 3 large scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. fresh Chinese egg noodles or 1 lb. thick japanese udon noodles

- 13.3 oz roll of refrigerated french bread loaf, I used Simply Pillsbury
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Cups baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 3 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup light sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons fresh shredded parmesan cheese
