Hamburger Steak with Creamy Onion Gravy

Heat the oil over medium high in a large heavy bottomed stainless skillet
- 1-1/2 pounds of ground chuck
- 3/4 cup of onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Tiger Sauce, or hot pepper sauce, or to taste, optional
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/3 About 1/3 cup of all purpose flour, for dipping the patties in
- 3 tablespoons of canola oil
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- Additional freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, for the gravy
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms, optional
Stovetop macaroni and Cheese

In a large pot of salted, boiling water cook the pasta to al dente and drain
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt

- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Slow Cooker Sesame Orange Chicken

Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 chicken breast cutlets, cubed
- 1/3 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 servings hot cooked rice
Creamy Chipotle Sauce

Mix together and spread on sliders or use as a dip for wings or chicken fingers
- 1/4 cup sour cream (can use light)
- 1 tsp adobo sauce from chipotle peppers (or 2 Tbsp chili sauce if you don't want the heat)
- 2 tsp creamy horseradish sauce (I used Kraft)
Grilled Chicken Salad

Reserve 1/2 cup dressing. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium
- 3/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 6 cups mixed salad greens torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups seafood stock or shrimp stock
- 1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes, in thick puree
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash hot sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
