LAYERS OF LOVE BROWNIES

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking pan
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Baking Cocoa
- I use Nestle
- The recipe calls for 1/2 cup, but I use slightly less, if you like Dk. Chocolate brownies… add it all
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut in pieces
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans or other nut
- 3/4 cup White Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 3/4 cup Semi-Sweet or milk Chocolate Morsels
CREAMY TOMATO TORTELLONI

Cook tortellini according to package directions
- 9 oz. refrigerated package of cheese tortellini
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp. minced garlic)
- 4 tsp. butter
- 4 1/2 tsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 15 oz. jar marinara sauce
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
Spinoccoli Pizza

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium high heat
- For the white sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup cream or half and half (I just used milk and it was fine)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 tablespoons grated parmesan
- For the pizza:
- prepared pizza dough
- 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, torn
- 1 cup small broccoli florets (I used a steamer bag)
- 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- grated parmesan
sloppy Joes

In a large skillet over medium high heat brown ground beef, celery, green pepper, mushrooms, and onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Sliced provolone cheese
- Hamburger buns
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 tortillas
Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Rice Casserole

1. Cook rice according to package directions, substituting water for chicken broth
- 2 cups (uncooked) medium grain brown rice (could use white rice)
- Chicken broth
- 3 cups broccoli
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks & seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic powder
- Non-stick spray
- 5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups skim milk, divided
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 12 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
SALMON CROQUETTES

Season salmon with salt, pepper, lemon or lime juice and olive oil
- Salmon filet (1-1.5 lbs.)
- 2-3 T. mayo
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T. chopped parsley
- 1 T. old bay seasoning
- 1 T. lemon pepper
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs, or crushed Ritz crackers

In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and melt butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lb button mushrooms (sliced)
Pizza Pull APART BREAD

Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters
- 2 – 6.3 oz can of large southern style biscuits (8 in each can)
- 1 – 14.5 oz jar of pizza sauce
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 oz pepperoni, coarsely chopped
- 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
