PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking pan

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Baking Cocoa
  • I use Nestle
  • The recipe calls for 1/2 cup, but I use slightly less, if you like Dk. Chocolate brownies… add it all
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs, divided
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or other nut
  • 3/4 cup White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 3/4 cup Semi-Sweet or milk Chocolate Morsels

  • 3/4 cup cream or half and half (I just used milk and it was fine)
