Baked Bacon & Cheddar Corn

In a baking dish combine corn, cheese, bacon, and milk
- 1 bag family size frozen corn, defrosted (mine is 9oz)
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of crumbled bacon, cooked (or 1/2 cup of real bacon bites)
- 1/4 cup of milk
- salt & pepper to taste
Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions (al dente) in salted water
- 1 pkg elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. butter, cut up into chunks so it melts easier
- 1/3 BIG block Velveeta, cut into little cubes (I like to get the big block so I can add more if needed. If you think you will like less Velveeta, just get the smaller block and use the whole thing)
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (we use Tillamook and shred it ourselves, cheese just tastes better when you shred it yourself)
- 1/2 c. milk (or to taste)
- salt & pepper to taste
- paprika (optional.. I just used it to add some color)
Cake Mix Sugar Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything together and scoop heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment ...
- 1 box French Vanilla Cake Mix (or you can just use a white cake mix- I like the French Vanilla)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Easy Almond Buttercream Frosting

- 1/2 cup butter, soft
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 3 1/2-4 cups powdered sugar
Chicken Kisses

Mix chicken, cream cheese, butter, spices, milk and onion in bowl
- 4 cup cooked, diced chicken (use a Rotisserie for easy, or make some ahead of time, I microwave 4 large boneless breasts in a stoneware cooker and dice it up- do what's easy for you!)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 package crescent rolls
- 1 jar Heinz chicken gravy, warmed
Surprise Rocks

Combine the sand, flour, coffee grounds, and 3/4 cup water in a large bowl
- 2 c. sand
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. coffee grounds (leftover from brewing coffee in a coffee maker)
- 3/4 c. water + possibly 1/4 c. more
Nutty Orange Chicken Salad

- 1 celery rib, diced
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 large hard cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions, white and light green parts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
- 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Yummy Bananaberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line tray with muffin cup papers
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (or two medium-sized bananas)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (rinse and pat dry; we used frozen worked just fine)
French Bread Chicken Sandwich

Combine the chicken, broth and Montreal Steak Seasoning in a slow cooker
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 cans chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 Loaf of French Bread
- Ranch Dressing
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
