The Lady's Chicken Noodle Soup - Paula Deen

- 2 1/2-3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up
- 3 1/2 quarts water
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups sliced celery, leaves as well
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup cooking sherry
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
Backyard Garden Tomato Soup

In a sauce/soup pan, combine the oil, onions, peppers and garlic
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chopped fresh plum tomatoes or canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh mint
Ham, Egg and Cheese Muffins

Heat the oven to 400° and grease the muffin tins
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1-2 cups shredded cheese (I used a mixture of cheddar and Monterrey jack)
- 1-1/2 cups ham, cubed or chopped (I used a good quality lunch meat)
- Salt to taste (I didn't add much because the ham made it salty enough)
- 2 green onion, sliced thin (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen shredded hash browns, partially thawed
raspberry limeade slushies

In a blender, combine limeade, ice, and frozen berries
- 2 c limeade (I prefer Simply Limeade)
- 1-2 c ice, based on your preference. I’m usually closer to the 1c range
- 1 1/2 c frozen raspberries
TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Mix ingredients; simmer on stove 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is very tender
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- or
- You can also use 18 chicken thighs, skinned
- 1 C. lite soy Sauce
- 1/4 C. Water
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Salsa Guacamole

1. Scoop out the meat of the avocado and mash the avocado in a medium sized bowl with the lemon juice
- 6 small ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups salsa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
"Country Come Back Sauce"

Whisk all ingredients together
- 1 1/2 C. Mayo
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 1/4 C. Chili Sauce
- 1/4 C. Ranch Dressing
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. Franks Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 C. Garlic infused Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Onion Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Cheyenne Pepper
Chicken Sauce Piquant Recipe

In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix
- Seasoning Mix
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- Chicken
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 large fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Baked Rice, for serving
Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Heat the broth and potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil
- 3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
- 5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Generous dash ground black pepper
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) Campbell's® Turkey Gravy, heated
