DUNKLEY'S FAMOUS MACARONI SALAD

Add 2 quarts of water to a medium stockpot and bring to a boil
- 1 (16 oz.) package salad macaroni
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Mozarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 cup salami, diced
- 1 (6 oz) can large pitted black olives, halved
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (3 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Mama's Skillet Corn

Combine corn, salt, pepper, sugar, butter and water in a 10-inch skillet
- 3 cups corn, cut fresh from cob ( I use frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup milk
Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese

n a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the pasta to al dente and drain
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Fresh black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 10 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
BRAISED CABBAGE WITH BACON

Core and clean cabbage. Chop into 1 1/2" to 2" pieces
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
HOT & CHEESY SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- Sea Salt & Pepper to your taste
- 1 (8-ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (recommended: Rotel)
- 1 cup shredded 4 cheese blend (mexican variety is good)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
- Tortilla chips and cut vegetables, for serving
CREAMY AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD

Combine the chicken, beans, corn, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and tortilla chips into a medium bowl
- 1/4 cup black beans, drained & rinsed {I used more}
- 1/4 cup corn {I used more}
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro {I left this out!!}
- 1/4 tortilla chips or fritos, crushed {I used Santita’s tortilla chips}
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 4 tbsp. mayo
- Salt, to taste
- 2-4 avocados, sliced in half & pitted
Crispy Baked Cheesy Zucchini Fries with Sriracha Lime Mayo

Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil
- Fries
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lb zucchini (about 1 medium)
- Mayo
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
CHICK FIL A NUGGETS

ombine the eggs and milk in a medium-sized bowl
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 6 breasts), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- Peanut oil (is best) or canola oil, for frying

Heat the 4 cups of cherry juice over moderate heat until simmering
- 4 cups Cherry Juice
- 2 cups Sugar
- Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water
- Orange Slices, for garnish
- Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
- A few Swashbuckler-Sword Thingies :)
Smothered Hamburger Steak

Dice onion and add to the ground beef
- 1 onion(or adjust to your liking. Or substitute 1 package of onion soup mix)
- 1 lb ground beef (can use lean ground round)
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water (1/2 to 1 cup)
- 1 (1 ounce) package brown gravy mix (packet size varies)
