Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (18 1/2-ounce) package cake mix
- 1 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 7 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
- 3 (12-ounce) packages frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
