Bacon Quiche Tarts Recipe

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 5 teaspoons 2% milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Bread Pudding with Southern Bourbon Sauce

- Bourbon Sauce:
- 3 cups stale French bread, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 4 tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup white raisens
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 stick butter, not margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup bourbon whiskey, or to taste
