Christmas: Bobby's Triple Chocolate Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder, such as Medaglia D'Oro
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup best-quality white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces, plus melted butter for brushing

- 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets (about 8)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, such as safflower
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 3 bell peppers (ribs and seeds removed), thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)

- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Major Grey's mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 cooked chicken (about 2 1/2 pounds), shredded (about 4 cups)
