Comfort Food Diet Zesty Grilled Chicken

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients; add chicken
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)

Make the Ganache: Put the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl
- For the Ganache:
- 1 lb. semisweet chocolate (preferably 58% cacao), finely chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
- For the Cake:
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened; more for the pans
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour; more for the pans
- 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1-1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder

Creamy Chicken Penne

1. Cook pasta as directed on package
- 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) snow peas
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup DIGiorno® Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- Special Extra: Add 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms halfway through cooking the chicken and onion.
Chicken: Marinated Chicken Fillets

- ◦1 garlic clove, minced
