Easy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min
- 8 oz. (1/2 of 1-lb pkg.) fettuccine or spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup Kraft® Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1-2/3 cups milk
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup Kraft® Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- Substitute frozen peas, chopped red peppers or any of your favorite vegetables for the broccoli.
Sandra's Fruit "Cocktail"

Drain the fruit cocktail and reserve the syrup
- 1 (15-ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 1 (12-ounce) can pear nectar
- 1 (12-ounce) can peach nectar

Make the pesto, by combining the nuts, basil, garlic and salt in a food processor, until it forms a paste
- 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves (another option: mint or arugula)
- 1 Tblspn Fresh Nuts (any nuts will do - almonds are a cost savers)
- 1 Clove Peeled Garlic
- 1 pinch sea salt

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons canola or other neutral tasting oil
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 large eggs, cold
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup, for serving

- 4 grilled chicken breast (marinate in Italian dressing prior to grilling)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. roughly chopped tarragon
- 10 spears fresh asparagus
- 1 cup thick sliced baby zucchini 3/4 cup frozen peas and pearl onions
- 1 lb. 2 oz FRESH fettuccine pasta noodles
- 12 cherry tomatoes-cut in halves
- Fresh ground pepper
- 4 Tbsp. fresh Romano cheese

In a pitcher, stir together the pineapple juice, orange juice, and cherry juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 4 maraschino cherries, plus 1/2 cup juice
- 1/2 orange, cut into 4 slices
