Beef Stroganoff, Slow Cookers

Place beef, mushrooms and onion in slow cooker
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 package (8 ozs) mushrooms, halved or sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 package McCormick Slow Cookers Beef Stroganoff Seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 300°F
- 8 large slices hearty white sandwich bread or challah (see note)
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk, warmed (see note)
- 3 large egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus 2 tablespoons for cooking
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- maple syrup, for serving
Mini Pumpkin Chiffon Pies

- 3 (9-inch) pre-rolled, ready-to-bake pie crusts
- 1 (3 oz) package cook-and-serve vanilla pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon gound nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 store-bought gingersnap cookies, crushed (for garnishing)

Sausage-Stuffed Manicotti with Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 jar (26 oz) sun-dried tomato pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 7 Italian sausage links, uncooked *(see tip)
- 14 manicotti pasta shells, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Chuckwagon Bake

Brown beef in 12-inch skillet; drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 can (28 oz) baked beans, undrained
- 2 cups Progresso red kidney beans, drained, rinsed (from 19-oz can)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits*(see note)
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal (optional)
Herbed Beef Italiano

In large skillet on medium-high heat, cook beef, onion and bell pepper 4 to 5 minutes or until beef is browned
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Oregano Leaves
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Rosemary Leaves, finely crushed
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Thyme Leaves
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (14 oz) reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
