Roast Beef Hash

Pour the drippings from cooking a roast into a measuring cup and let the fat rise to the surface
- 2 cups roast beef drippings (cooking liquid)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pound left-over beef roast, chopped or shredded
- 1 (4 oz) can evaporated milk
Creamy Tomato & Basil Pasta Bake

Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until done
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

- 1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Tomato & Basil Cooking Creme
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

- 6 Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/4 cup)

Vegetable Beef Soup

- 1 cup salad dressing (I use mayonnaise)
