- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3.4 oz package cheesecake pudding mix (vanilla will also work as a substitute)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Banana Dulce de Leche Pie

This Dulce De Leche Banana Cream Pie is probably one of our absolute most favorite pie recipes ever
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 can dulce de leche
- 1 cup milk
- 1 3.4 oz box french vanilla instant pudding
- 4 oz neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1/2 (of a 14 oz can) can of sweetned condensed milk
- 1/2 container (6 oz) cool whip, defrosted
- The only thing that is truly important to remember is to follow the pudding section instructions carefully. Don’t skip mixing the milk and pudding separate as it wont set up right otherwise.

- 1 small (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
