Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 3/4 cup hot cocoa mix
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, cut in half
Grilled Beer and Butter Shrimp with Potatoes

Preheat a grill to medium high
- 1 1/2 pounds small potatoes, halved
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- Kosher salt
- 1 12 -ounce bottle lager beer
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails left on)
- 3/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
