- 1 (10-ounce) box chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup seeded and finely chopped red jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking grits
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
Crushed Potatoes with Rosemary Salt

1. Place potatoes in medium saucepan with enough cold water to cover
- 1 1/2 lb. small red-skinned new potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup mashed canned pumpkin
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1-1/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped (i prefer pecans or walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
