Oliver & Bonacini Mushroom Soup

Rince porcinis; clean, discarding soil
- 1/4 oz(10 g) dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 lb white button mushrooms, chopped
- 7 cups water
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp truffle oil??
- salt and pepper to taste
Bow Tie Cookies

1. In a stand mixer, first mix the oil, wine and sugar
- 1 Lb Flour
- 6 Oz White wine
- 4 Oz Olive oil
- 1/4 Lb Sugar
- Powdered sugar

* In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs
- Cupcakes:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- FILLING:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Island® Pure Vanilla Extract, optional
- Whole cloves, optional

Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan
- 1-1/4 cups Oreo baking crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 pkg. (250 g each) Philly Brick Cream Cheese, softened

- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

- For the Frosting:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
