This is a refreshing and savory salad which I like to make with steaks or grilled summer fare. Simple to make and tastes great!

- 1 cucumber
- 3 green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Chop the Tomatoes into bite size chunks. I like to remove the seeds and meat. Quarter the Tomato length wise, scrape out the seeds with your fingers, then chop into 1/2-inch size chunks.
Peel the Cucumber. Cut into quarters length wise and then remove the seeds. Finally chop into a similar size as your Tomatoes.
Thinly slice the Green Onions.
Combine all the ingredients and fold together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
