  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • Dijon Wine Sauce Yield: 2 cups
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken stock*
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
